Lyanna, while sharing the ownership of Mystical Illusions, she is also married to Jody. Besides the usual duties of being a successful tattoo & piercing shop owner, she is also in charge of sterilizing all the equipment that is used in Mystical Illusions to make sure it is germ free and safe for use on the customers. She does this with her state-of-the-art autoclave that's always on display for everyone to see her in action.

Tweety, a former body guard, may seem threatening but don't let his size fool you. He's actually a very nice and sweet guy who is in charge of managing the shop and providing the customers with answers to all their questions. Whether it's ringing up someone's order or answering one of the 100's of phone calls received daily, you will always see him involved in making sure the shop continually runs as a fine tuned machine.
